Return Policy
1.0 Lerries.com is committed to providing a comfortable, stress-free online shopping experience. Our customer service hotlines are available, if you’re dissatisfied with a purchase, you may take advantage of our returns policy by filling our returns request form.
1.1 Please note that:
- A return application for a purchase (along with the purchased items) must be submitted within seven (7) days from the delivery date by filling our return request form.
- Retrieval of purchased items by lerries.com may take between 1-3 working days (within Lagos), thus your retrieval applications should be sent in as soon as possible to enable lerries.com retrieve the purchased items within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Purchased items must be retained in original condition; the item must be new and unworn and must contain all garment labels, seals and casings.
1.2 Once the purchased item is retrieved, the return application will be processed and the purchased item shall be subjected to quality-control inspection. If the return is invalid, the return application will be declined and you will receive a notification to that effect and the purchased item will be sent back at no extra charge to you.
1.3 Items Ineligible for Return
Due to personal hygiene concerns, items such as earrings, wigs and hosiery are not returnable.
1.4 Replacements & Refunds
1.4.1 Once a return application is approved, you are entitled to a replacement for the returned item or to a refund. Where the returned item cannot be replaced, a refund may be authorized to cover the value of the purchase price of the returned item.
1.4.2 Once a refund is authorized, your lerries.com account will be credited with a coupon covering the value of the returned item. Cash refunds are not available for items above N10, 000.00.
